1. License grant

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own, solely to play Eldvorn in accordance with the Terms of Use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Software, except as expressly permitted by law;
  • reverse engineer or extract code or assets, except within mandatory legal limits;
  • use the Software for commercial purposes, third-party services, or “power leveling”;
  • remove ownership notices, trademarks, or technical protection measures;
  • use the Software to develop or distribute cheats, bots, or private servers.

3. Intellectual property

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Software and its content remain with WildSouth Games and its licensors.

4. Virtual items and game economy

Items, currency, and progression exist only inside the game, do not constitute property, and have no real-world monetary value. Trading them outside the game is prohibited per the Terms of Use.

5. Updates

The Software may automatically download and install updates. Some features may require the latest version.

6. Termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach its terms; in that case, uninstall and delete all copies of the Software.

7. Warranties and liability

The Software is provided “as is,” especially during testing phases. To the maximum legal extent, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential damages to the amount permitted by law.

8. General provisions

This EULA is governed by the laws of Brazil, with venue in [CITY/STATE — TBD]. If any clause is held invalid, the remainder stays in force. This EULA, together with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement regarding the Software.
